Keyboard-based rhythm game
Emiru Game is a premium music game for PC from indie developer Marcus Owen Bell. It is a rhythm game that utilizes the full extent of a keyboard for its control scheme and features originally-composed tracks. It also serves as a fan game dedicated to a popular Twitch streamer and cosplayer who goes by the name Emiru.
Keyboard master
Emiru Game is, first and foremost, a fangame dedicated to Emiru, a popular Twitch streamer and cosplayer. It's essentially a rhythm game that uses keyboard-based controls, with over 30 keys to press. All tracks are originally composed by the developer himself and offer three difficulty levels, plus a special Emiru Mode for fellow fans.
The game also features online gameplay that lets you compete against others for the highest scores and to be included in the global leaderboards. Now, given the nature of its controls, it comes with a steep difficulty curve. Also, the graphics and overall visuals are not good, look low-quality, and can be a lot better.
So many keys
All in all, Emiru Game will appeal to fans of Emiru herself and those who like rhythm games, in general. It's nice that all tracks are original and that you can tweak gameplay with multiple difficulty levels and experience the special Emiru Mode. Despite all that, it will still be too hard for some players and can put them off entirely.
